The article describes the theoretical prerequisites for the emergence and development of an
innovative Linguistic and Rhetorical (LR) Paradigm as an integrative approach in
philological science, which legitimately postulates as a universal module for studying any
phenomena of a communicative and speech-cognitive nature–text, discourse, literary works,
communications, other types of informative, communicative and discursive processes of the
polyethnic sociocultural educational space (PESCES).
