The article describes the continuum of the polyethnic sociocultural educational space
(PESCES) as a synergistic product of the interaction and interpenetration of various types of
informative, communicative and discursive processes. Within the framework of PESCES, the
language functions as a determining and powerful force–“hard”,“soft”,“sharp”,“smart”,
organizing social communication accordingly, both foreign and domestic.
