The purpose of the research is the analysis of Methods of regulation and prevention of conflicts in an organisation. In order to do so it was necessary to set and solve the following tasks: examine the main characteristics of conflict in an organisation; detect factors, which determine the emergence of tension in an organisation; describe the basic principals of regulation and prevention as ways of managing conflicts; identify the most effective methods of regulation conflicts in an organisation; examine the basic methods of prevention of conflicts in an organisation. The degree work is carried out on 56 pages, it consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion and a list of literature.
