Open Access

The journal practices a policy of immediate open access to published articles, supporting the principles of the free spread of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for the sake of common public progress.

"Open access" means free access through the Internet and the right of each user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or make links to full-text articles and make a search with a help of robots-indexers, use for other legal purposes without financial, legal and technical barriers, except for those that regulate access to the Internet. The only restriction on the reproduction, distribution and condition of copyright in this field is the author's right to control the integrity of his work and mandatory references to his name when using the work and citing it.

The author's rights to the article remain with the authors while the journal has a right to the first publication. The authors have the right to subsequently use the materials of the articles, re-publish them, archive or distribute them. The journal is not responsible for the subsequent use of the article.
