Abstract

The article describes the theoretical and methodological problems of the secondary linguistic personality, its becoming and operation, which is considered in the undertaken research from the point of view of the linguistic and rhetorical (LR) approach. The empirical material is educational and methodological materials and products of speech-and-idea activities of the English language learners according to the author's methodology within the “Flight” program, which includes the basics of an innovative approach, as well as a specialized program for teaching English by E.V. Kulyaev, the founder of the “Academy SMART” educational community, implemented as additional education.
